When can I rent a unit?+
Customers can rent a unit 24 hours a day / 7 days a week at our onsite rental kiosk or online via the Reservations page on our website. Customers can also call our administrative office at 816-847-0223 for assistance in renting a unit. The office hours are M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Do I need to bring a lock?+
No. We have locks available for purchase at our rental kiosk. These are the best locks in the industry and will keep your unit secure.
Do you offer rental insurance for the items I am storing?+
Yes, we offer coverage for your items through SafeStor Tenant Insurance. For a small fee each month you can purchase $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 worth of coverage. There is NO deductible and your items are covered at replacement value. We highly recommend this protection for your items you are storing.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?+
We ask that you call our offices at least 24 hours before moving out of your storage unit. Don’t forget to take your lock with you to avoid extra charges.
When do I have access to my unit?+
Access to your unit is available 24/7.
How can I pay my bill?+
Enroll in Automatic Payment and your credit card will be charged each month for your payment. This is the most popular method and assures your payment will be made hassle free!
Payments can be made 24/7 at our onsite rental kiosk via credit/debit card or cash.
Payments can be made online by clicking on the Payment Center page of our website.
Payments are accepted by credit card over the phone and in person.
